  Lake Ridge Estates is a low-density subdivision that provides primarily residential and limited commercial areas to enhance recreational and residential opportunities near Alcova Lake and Pathfinder Reservoir. The Design Standards and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Lake Ridge Estates will bring these opportunities to its residents while preserving and protecting the environmental integrity and rural character of the area.
  By design, each lot respects spacing and privacy but allows for the benefits and advantages of community living.
